Job Summary

Identify high-value opportunities for AI workflow automation across R&D and other business functions, then translate them into practical, scalable AI-enabled workflows. Lead end-to-end solution ownership—from discovery and requirements to design, delivery, testing, launch, and ongoing optimization. Also own Marketing Operations activities outside of scoring/routing/analytics, partnering with Revenue Operations to keep processes scalable, reliable, and well maintained.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead AI workflow discovery across Product, Engineering, and other R&D functions to identify opportunities for AI and automation.
•Design and build prioritized AI workflows across R&D and other business functions using approved AI platforms and shared capabilities.
•Own assigned AI solutions end-to-end, including design, development, testing, launch, maintenance, and ongoing optimization.
•Test solutions with business users, incorporate feedback, and support adoption through documentation and training materials.
•Own Marketing Operations activities outside scoring/routing/analytics, including campaign operations, nurture programs, audience segmentation, and marketing automation.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Marketing Operations, process improvement, automation, or a related field.
•Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining operational workflows.
•Experience using Claude or similar tools to build AI-enabled business workflows.
•Experience with APIs and workflow automation, including low-code/no-code platforms or prompt engineering.
•Experience applying AI/automation to improve business processes and productivity, with strong stakeholder communication and translation skills.
