Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and maintain Master BOMs/product structures and review/authorize engineering changes.
  • •Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Planning to implement and control changes to Master BOMs.
  • •Manage engineering change process including assessment, implementation, and evaluation of impacts on manufacturing and supply chain.
  • •Generate and maintain assembly BOMs in ERP systems such as SAP/Oracle and support MRP, work/job orders, and shop floor planning processes.
  • •Maintain and release Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Master Engineering Documentation; validate changes in PDM/ERP systems to ensure continuity and compliance with data integrity requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •5–7 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, or engineering environments with BOM management and ERP exposure.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • •Experience with engineering BOM (EBOM), manufacturing BOM (MBOM), and Master BOM concepts and downstream impact.
  • •BE or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • •Experience with Teamcenter (TcE) and UG NX is an added advantage.
