Serve as the face of Prometric at the Phoenix test center by greeting examinees, verifying identification, and monitoring computer-based exams. Apply test center policies, perform required security checks (including wand use), and maintain a secure, fair testing environment. Resolve and report candidate issues with urgency, support exam integrity, and stay flexible with a varying part-time schedule across site operating hours. May also digitally scan and record fingerprint identification if applicable.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and apply expert knowledge of test center policies, practices, and procedures.
•Greet examinees and verify identification, including performing required security checks with wands.
•Continuously monitor candidates as they complete exams and safeguard the test center from misconduct.
•Report and/or resolve candidate issues with urgency and report occurrences outside company guidelines.
•Maintain a secure environment and materials in the test center; ensure a fair and comfortable testing experience, including escorting candidates as needed.

Key Requirements
