Job Summary

Support the daily operations of CHS’s cotton gin during the seasonal period from September 1, 2026 to March 1, 2027. Perform general labor tasks across loading, unloading, maintenance, inventory quality monitoring, and product delivery. Operate and maintain equipment such as automated scale/dump systems, loaders, conveyors, and forklifts, while following all safety policies, housekeeping standards, and recordkeeping requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Carry out general labor responsibilities and assist with daily cotton gin operations as directed.
•Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, and load/unload agricultural inputs using appropriate machinery.
•Operate automated scale/dump systems and control/monitor load-out functions.
•Perform daily/weekly/monthly maintenance tasks and inspect equipment for leaks and issues; maintain inventory quality.
•Maintain clean, orderly, safe work areas, perform grounds/warehouse tasks, follow safety policies, and report concerns to a supervisor.
