Job Summary

Drive growth of Trane Technologies’ temporary (rental) solutions by developing and closing sales opportunities for emergency response rentals and expanding into planned, seasonal, and special-events markets. Key Responsibilities

•Develop and close sales opportunities to grow emergency response rentals and expand into non-emergency markets such as planned, seasonal, and special events rentals.
•Create accurate, timely technical rental solutions aligned with customer temporary needs and specifications based on existing equipment offerings.
•Develop rental quotes from initial request through proposal, producing turn-key solution proposals with rental equipment quotes.
•Coordinate shipments and returns with the Rental Services fulfillment team.
•Work with Rental Services teams to develop and coordinate vertical market strategies for temporary solutions in the assigned market.

Salary: USD 78,400 - 181,800 annually

Key Requirements

•2-5 years of sales experience.
•Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations (within the prior 3 years).
•Practical experience and relevant skills.
•Ability to travel to customer job sites, including outdoor work and mechanical/equipment rooms.
•Work in a safety-sensitive role and pass any additional required drug screening.
