Job Summary

Coordinate the full tender lifecycle for Sixt KSA, from receiving opportunities and extracting RFP/RFQ/ITT requirements to preparing, submitting, and tracking bids through to post-submission follow-up. Partner with sales, operations, finance, legal, and management to build complete technical and commercial responses. Draft and format persuasive English and Arabic proposal content, manage bid templates and documentation, and support pricing analysis and clarification activities to secure government and corporate wins.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end tender lifecycle from opportunity receipt to final submission, including review, clarifications tracking, internal coordination, and follow-up.
•Analyze RFPs/RFQs/ITTs and tender portals to extract requirements, timelines, commercial conditions, and evaluation criteria; build internal action plans and checklists.
•Coordinate cross-functional inputs in KSA to compile compliant technical and commercial responses.
•Draft, edit, and format bid/proposal materials in English and Arabic, maintaining consistency of tone, terminology, and branding.
•Maintain structured bid tracking (pipeline, due dates, responsibilities, status, clarifications, results) and produce regular status reports.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, English, Translation, Engineering, or related field.
•3+ years of experience in bid/tender management, proposal coordination, or similar roles.
•Fluency in Arabic and English with strong business writing and editing skills.
•Strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel, with ability to structure and format large proposal packs.
•Experience handling government and corporate tenders in the Middle East, including portal-based and e-procurement submissions.
