Build and optimize large language and multimodal model capabilities for the Global Payment team’s data intelligence and payment solutions. Work on post-training methods (SFT, RLVR, Agent RL), model performance improvements for tasks like intent classification and tool calling, and agent architectures (ReAct, Plan-Act, Multi-Agent). Stay current with LLM research to deliver risk-control, compliance, and user-experience enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

•Understand business requirements and use post-training technologies (SFT, RLVR, Agent RL) to optimize model performance for information extraction, intent classification, and tool calling.
•Design and build agent architectures (ReAct, Plan-Act, Generate-Verifier, Multi-Agent) based on large model system capabilities.
•Explore agent test-time scaling techniques to improve outcomes in relevant scenarios.
•Apply LLM research advancements to improve model and agent solutions for new business needs.
•Support implementation of global international payment businesses by improving user experience and operational efficiency through large model capabilities.

Key Requirements

•Strong programming fundamentals with proficiency in at least one language such as Python or C++.
•Familiarity with NLP, CV, and ML, with deep understanding of LLM training and techniques (e.g., Reward Model, GRPO/PPO/DPO, SFT/RFT).
•Proficiency with open-source model fine-tuning/training frameworks such as LLama Factory and Verl, and familiarity with inference acceleration like vLLM.
•Ability to analyze and solve difficult problems, with passion for tackling challenging tasks.
•Good communication and teamwork skills.
