Key Responsibilities

  • •Run the services org operating cadence, including staffing plans, forecasting, capacity planning, and actuals reconciliation against budget.
  • •Own the resourcing process by matching engineers and consultants to engagements based on skill, availability, and account priority.
  • •Track and report delivery health across the portfolio, including signature-to-first-value timelines, pilot-to-production conversion, margin by engagement, and overinvestment/overrun flags.
  • •Build and maintain AI agents and internal applications that automate delivery workflows and support delivery teams.
  • •Manage escalation for at-risk engagements and coordinate between delivery teams, account leads, and executive sponsors, including vendor/subcontractor management.

Key Requirements
