Job Summary

Join the Global Office team in Customer Success as a technical, hands-on data advocate who creates and maintains enablement resources for internal Denodo users. You will develop white papers, trainings, and documentation about the Denodo Platform, deliver compelling technical pitches, coordinate across teams, and keep stakeholders updated on resources and roadmap.

Job Function: Content & Editorial (Writing/Editing)

Key Responsibilities

•Develop white papers, presentations, training materials or documentation on topics related to Denodo Platform and ecosystem, including coordinating technical sessions and creating a central repository for internal knowledge
•Deliver a superb technical pitch with overview of Denodo Platform features and benefits, differentiators, and competitive positioning
•Follow up on the release calendar of updates to identify opportunities to create new material
•Coordinate back-office activities and multiple initiatives to improve Denodo resources and training for internal users
•Interact with local managers to coordinate development and maintenance of technical resources and provide updates to stakeholders

Key Requirements

•BS or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
•2+ years of demonstrated experience as a Data Engineer or a similar role, preferably in data management or analytics software
•2+ years experience with Denodo Platform working on real projects
•2-3 years of hands-on Technical Content creation
•Knowledge of JIRA, excellent verbal and written communication, good knowledge of data ecosystems
