Key Responsibilities

•Manage LOA data collection workflows with high quality, ensuring data accuracy and resolving discrepancies between leave requests and payroll deductions.
•Conduct pay audits and leave pay calculations, validating paid/unpaid leave, salary continuation, deductions, offsets, and documenting adjustments.
•Analyze LOA data with descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive methods to identify anomalies, root causes, and forecast future leave demand.
•Develop regular LOA reports and dashboards and present insights to HR and non-technical stakeholders with actionable recommendations.
•Partner cross-functionally with payroll, stakeholders, and tech teams to integrate LOA data with HRIS workflows and improve LOA tracking (e.g., custom fields, automated request workflows).

•Experience leveraging AI tools or automation to streamline HR/LOA operational workflows.
•Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP) and leave management systems, ideally in a global organization with US leave policy familiarity (e.g., FMLA).
