Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the clinical team to ensure adherence to the highest standards of care and ethical practice.
  • •Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and treatment, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management.
  • •Collaborate with management to develop and implement innovative mental health programs and services for women.
  • •Mentor and supervise psychiatric nurse practitioners and other mental health professionals, including oversight of collaborative practice agreements and chart review as required by state regulations.
  • •Collaborate with therapists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 195 - 200 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • •Board-certified in Psychiatry, with additional certification or significant experience in women’s mental health preferred.
  • •Valid, active state medical license (multi-state licensure a plus).
  • •Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • •Strong organizational and leadership skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
