Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess and advise customers’ processes for flight operations manuals management, including FCOM, MEL, QRH/eQRH, CCOM, WBM, and AFM.
  • •Coordinate customer needs and manage customized flight operations documentation across multiple output formats (PDF, OLB, eQRH, FlySmart+ and EFB formats).
  • •Provide aircraft fleet management, Service Bulletin (SB) integration, and XML expertise for customers’ flight operations manuals.
  • •Deliver, update, and customize flight operations documentation for aircraft simulators in digital format for training purposes.
  • •Coordinate and support the Flight Operations Documentation/EFB Project Manager to complete projects on time within budget and scope.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree in Aeronautical or an appropriate field with equivalent work experience.
  • •Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in aircraft system and/or flight operations documentation/manuals and EFB management.
  • •Good knowledge and skills with XML authoring tools (ADOC, FODM, DocManager, etc.).
  • •Excellent computer literacy skills.
  • •Advanced English communication and interpersonal skills in an international, multicultural environment.
