Key Responsibilities

•Supervise all painting personnel, including other supervisors, for onshore and offshore painting activities.
•Plan, schedule, organize, and train personnel, and recommend applicants for employment or for discipline, termination, or retention.
•Coordinate with offshore project engineers to estimate manpower, equipment, tools, and materials to mobilize, including arranging non-available items via purchase order.
•Implement safety requirements before, during, and after blasting and painting works.
•Distribute daily manpower across each project and area, monitor production, and operate/repair and maintain blasting and painting equipment and tools.

Key Requirements

•Good standard of written and spoken English.
•Complete all offshore safety training requirements.
•Minimum 8 years of experience in offshore painting activities.
•Basic commercial awareness to understand the cost implications of raising work orders.
•Knowledge of supervisory principles, tools/equipment/materials used in the oilfield industry, and skills in preparing and applying paints to different surfaces.
