Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct initial startup and checklist to ensure special instructions are completed.
  • •Maintain required fill levels for silos, surge bins, and hoppers; respond to alarms with required actions.
  • •Monitor and maintain vacuum/pump systems through 5S/PM schedules.
  • •Troubleshoot and repair equipment or coordinate needed repairs with Maintenance.
  • •Complete logs and paperwork; maintain 5S/PM areas and handle non-conforming/rejected materials and unused inventory appropriately.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous hi-lo experience.
