Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the day-to-day liaison between our company and key retail partners, managing relationships with store managers, regional buyers, and corporate contacts.
•Drive sales volume through each retail channel by identifying growth opportunities and executing against account plans.
•Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to develop promotions, seasonal campaigns, and in-store events that increase customer engagement.
•Track and report on sales performance by account, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
•Prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and develop joint business plans with retail partners aligned to goals and seasonal priorities.

Key Requirements

•3–5+ years of experience in retail account management, channel sales, or partnership management, preferably in home improvement, home services, bath remodeling, windows, or consumer goods.
•Proven track record managing large retail accounts (big-box or wholesale club experience strongly preferred).
•Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels; proﬁcient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; willingness to travel to store locations and partner offices as needed.
