Drive regional go-to-market strategy for Radiology Informatics (RI) and Advanced Visualization (AVI), partnering with sales to deliver growth and profitability targets. Lead strategic customer engagements, accelerate commercialization of AI-enabled imaging solutions, and manage regional funnel performance, risks, and opportunities. Serve as the regional voice for market insights, shaping global portfolio and innovation inputs across the Growth Region.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute regional growth and go-to-market strategies for the RI & AVI portfolio.
•Drive strategic customer engagements and support complex commercial opportunities.
•Lead adoption and commercialization of AI-enabled imaging solutions.
•Manage regional business funnel performance, risks, and growth opportunities.
•Enable sales teams with value propositions, sales plays, and competitive positioning strategies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or related majors.
•10+ years of experience in business development and sales in Healthcare IT, Medical Software, Radiology Informatics, RIS, PACS, and Enterprise Imaging.
•Strong stakeholder management (C-suite level) with KPI monitoring and reporting skills.
•Knowledge of Advanced Visualization solutions and AI applications in medical imaging.
•Proven track record developing and executing multi-country go-to-market strategies.
