Job Summary

Remote, full-time role supporting students and Learning Coaches in OVCA. You will oversee student engagement, provide proactive data-driven support, coordinate onboarding, and serve as the main liaison between students, learning coaches, teachers, and administration while pursuing ongoing training to boost effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee a caseload of students assigned by the school to increase engagement through intervention (e.g., Learning Coach training, catch up sessions, time management).
•Provide consistent proactive support to students using data resources.
•Provide support to students and Learning Coaches through the Onboarding (Strong Start) experience.
•Serve as primary point of contact between students, Learning Coaches, and teachers and/or school administration.
•Pursue and apply continuous education and training to increase efficacy with the dynamic needs of their students and Learning Coaches

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Two years of college AND,
•Two years of experience in education OR,
•Equivalent combination of education and related experience
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Excellent problem-solving skills
