Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end domestic transportation operations from supplier to warehouse and warehouse to freight forwarder/export gateway or customer.
  • •Plan and execute daily pickups and dispatch schedules, including route and vehicle allocation with transporters.
  • •Act as first-level escalation for domestic shipment issues and track on-time performance and transit exceptions.
  • •Support export and import operations, including export shipments, imports/returns/re-exports, and preparing/validating commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions.
  • •Own end-to-end logistics vendor invoice processing: validate invoices, resolve overbilling/duplicate/incorrect charges, coordinate with Finance (GRN/service entry and payment processing), and maintain SLA analytics and MIS/MBR-QBR reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •5–8 years of experience in domestic logistics execution.
  • •Working knowledge of export and import processes.
  • •Experience validating logistics vendor invoices against approved rate cards and RFQ contracts.
  • •Strong Excel and presentation skills (mandatory).
  • •High attention to detail with the ability to coordinate with Finance and vendors.
