  • •Serve: Deliver an outstanding customer experience that earns repeat and referral business; collect payments and document each job.
  • •Use tools: Utilize basic hand and power tools to complete the work you sell.
  • •Collaborate: Work with customers to ensure satisfaction and communicate repairs and options clearly.
