Lead service repair and upgrades for HVAC-related equipment, managing service agreements, installations, invoicing, collections, and customer satisfaction. Own P&L outcomes including monthly revenue forecasting, margin and cash flow, and budget control for overhead expenses. Oversee service coordination and technician training, recruitment, coaching, and skill development, while ensuring risk mitigation and environmental, health, and safety compliance. Travel to customer sites is required.
