Key Responsibilities

•Ensure you have proper supplies and PPE before caring for that day’s patients.
•Access your daily schedule using modern technology and commute to each patient’s home.
•Build rapport with patients and collect relevant information before delivering services.
•Provide patient-centric, diagnostic care including phlebotomy, specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, and ECGs.
•Label collected samples properly and coordinate drop off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in venipuncture.
•Consistently demonstrate professionalism, integrity, accountability, confidentiality, care, and compassion.
•Technologically savvy; comfortable using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA secure messaging apps for care coordination.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
•State required licensure and/or proof of training, including Basic Life Support certification, a valid Driver’s License, and current vehicle insurance.
