Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary point of contact for guests, promptly handling inquiries and messages.
  • •Provide bespoke information, recommendations, and reservation services tailored to guest preferences.
  • •Safely handle and store guest luggage while maintaining FIVE service standards.
  • •Stay current on hotel services, including VIP requests and special events, to curate experiences.
  • •Maintain lobby/front-door order and safety, follow security/fire/health-and-safety regulations, and support management in emergencies.
