Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs on manufacturing equipment and facility systems including HVAC, compressed air, water systems, pumps, and mechanical components.
  • •Diagnose mechanical issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
  • •Maintain utility infrastructure such as boilers, chillers, air compressors, piping systems, and related equipment.
  • •Assist with equipment installation, relocation, and modifications as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently hold a City of Grand Rapids or State of MI boiler license (or must obtain within one year).
  • •3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical repair, or utility systems in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Working knowledge of mechanical systems including pumps, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and facility utilities.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot mechanical failures and perform repairs independently, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
