Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead manufacturing activities within NPI projects to ensure successful transition from product development to production.
  • •Collaborate with Engineering and Development to apply DFM and DFA principles early in product development.
  • •Define manufacturing equipment requirements and create technical specifications; support supplier selection by evaluating proposals.
  • •Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, production standards, tooling concepts, line layouts, and test procedures.
  • •Plan and support FAT, SAT, and production ramp-up; drive process improvements and support migration to more automated and digitalized manufacturing solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics engineering, production engineering, or related.
  • •3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment.
  • •Experience supporting manufacturing activities within product development or NPI projects.
  • •Strong technical understanding of electromechanical products and manufacturing processes.
  • •Fluency in Swedish and English (written and spoken).
