Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage claim intake end-to-end, including FNOL processing, initial review, severity assignment, and escalation identification.
  • •Monitor and support claims across the lifecycle via follow-ups, aging/high-risk identification, and coordination with adjusters.
  • •Prepare and support bi-weekly claim reviews by compiling data, tracking action items, and maintaining TPA performance metrics.
  • •Build, maintain, and validate dashboards and reports for claims trends, KPIs, and loss data.
  • •Track return-to-work progression and subrogation/recovery efforts, and assist with insurance program administration and audit support.

Key Requirements

  • •2–3 years of workers’ compensation claims experience as an adjuster or through direct involvement in an employer’s WC program within a risk management function.
  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma with 2+ years of relevant experience will be considered.
  • •Strong Excel and data analysis skills; Power BI and/or RMIS experience is a plus.
  • •Risk/insurance designations such as ARM, CPCU, CRM, or AIC are preferred (not required).
  • •Ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritize effectively, and adapt to shifting priorities and processes.
