Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor the client’s programme and progress reports.
  • •Ensure compliance with contract documents and inspect workmanship and materials.
  • •Coordinate layout checks, and execute/interpret soils and materials testing per contract provisions.
  • •Maintain all designated file records (workforce, equipment, progress, safety, reports).
  • •Review and approve shop drawings, progress payments, and variation/change orders including associated costs and compensation requests, and prepare monthly reports including safety monitoring.

Key Requirements
