Lead technical support for manufacturing to ensure product quality and performance, while driving R&D work from formulation through transfer to production. Adapt DFMEA processes for new and modified products, evaluate new technologies, raw materials, and processes, and manage product maintenance independently. Present technical findings to customers and support TS 16949 audit activities for the R&D team, plus additional projects as assigned.
