Job Summary

Provide active support and customer advice across Sephora’s beauty categories (make-up, skincare, haircare, fragrance). Share product knowledge, trends, and new beauty news with shoppers, and support short services in-store. Ensure visual merchandising standards are followed, keep the sales floor fully stocked, and prepare products for sale while maintaining inventory in both the warehouse and on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

•Actively support and advise customers in all Sephora departments (make-up, skincare & haircare, fragrance).
•Share product knowledge, trends, and beauty news with customers.
•Provide short services across all departments.
•Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising guidelines.
•Ensure the sales floor is fully stocked and prepare products for sale, including inventory storage and replenishment.

Key Requirements

•Comparable experience or interest in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or hospitality industry.
•First experience in retail, advising, and working with customers.
•Excellent communication skills when dealing with customers.
•Good knowledge of the beauty industry and beauty trends.
•Fluent English skills or the native language of the country.
