Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow established standard work and processes using enterprise systems to coordinate the transition of projects from Sales to Operations.
  • •Administer projects throughout the full life cycle to ensure contract compliance and successful delivery, coordinating with regional leadership, contract management/legal, and financial services.
  • •Manage procurement per project requirements, including material ordering/tracking and issuing purchase orders and subcontracts to vendors with guidance.
  • •Coordinate monthly customer invoicing to ensure accurate and timely billing per customer requirements and Project Manager direction.
  • •Maintain and update project documentation and records, coordinating with project team members to record project costs and resolve billing backlog with relevant stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED and up to five (5) years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Comprehensive understanding of construction project administration and ability to read and comprehend construction schedules.
  • •Strong administrative skills with exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • •Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • •Previous experience with financial systems and basic accounting, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
