Associate, Mid-Level, or Senior Industrial Engineer

Support Boeing Commercial Aircraft’s Interiors Fabrication Manufacturing Business Unit by improving production processes, reducing waste, increasing throughput, and ensuring quality and safety. Partner with manufacturing, operations, quality, engineering, and supply chain to define current-state workflows, identify bottlenecks, perform time studies and capacity analysis, and develop production layouts and takt time calculations. Apply Lean and Six Sigma methods, drive root-cause problem solving, and create standard work, visual controls, and production metrics dashboards.
