Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and direct program controls for large transportation programs to ensure alignment with executive strategic objectives.
  • •Coordinate across cost engineering, cost estimating, cost analysis/control, risk management, document control, and planning/scheduling activities.
  • •Develop integrated master schedules, master risk registers, and spend forecasts aligned to contract-level schedules and program milestones.
  • •Lead cost and schedule risk assessments and maintain/interpret program and project-level risk registers, including mitigation planning and contingency tracking.
  • •Produce monthly program reporting with integrated cost and schedule narratives and partner with technology to support WSP-PMIS modules and schedule/earned value expertise.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
  • •10+ years of experience in financial controls, finance/accounting, and scheduling on large-scale transportation and infrastructure programs, including leading a team.
  • •Project management experience; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  • •Extensive knowledge of earned value management (EVM), cost/schedule risk assessment, and integrated master scheduling.
  • •Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Power BI, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, plus experience with PMIS platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., e-Builder, Primavera P6, Oracle EBS, Procore, Kahua, Microsoft Project).
