Drive quota-carrying, consultative sales growth for virtual training and upskilling solutions to government and enterprise accounts across Eastern Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. Partner across presales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to support lead-to-implementation, and represent the company at regional events while forecasting accurately.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute a territory plan to grow Classera’s presence in government and enterprise training sectors across Eastern KSA and Bahrain.
•Identify, qualify, and close opportunities with ministries, government agencies, state-owned enterprises, and corporations.
•Conduct customer discovery and align client needs with Classera’s LMS, content, AI-driven learning, and analytics capabilities.
•Deliver product demonstrations, ROI presentations, and proposals tailored to each client’s training needs.
•Manage pipeline and forecasts in CRM tools and collaborate with presales, marketing, customer success, and product teams through implementation.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, HR, or a related field.
•3–6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in EdTech, training, SaaS, or HR technology.
•Strong understanding of workforce development and upskilling/reskilling trends and virtual training platforms.
•Experience working with public sector stakeholders, procurement processes, and corporate L&D teams.
•Fluent in Arabic and English with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
