Job Summary

Join Mashreq Bank as a Collection Officer in Retail Collections Egypt, driving recovery performance for secured and unsecured accounts. Key Responsibilities

•Drive monthly recovery goals by managing a portfolio and analyzing performance metrics.
•Develop and execute account-specific collection strategies.
•Lead external agency collectors, conduct 1:1s, team meetings, and training sessions.
•Monitor attrition and shrinkage; implement retention and contingency plans.
•Provide reporting, root cause analyses, and improvement plans.

Key Requirements

•Experience in consumer banking collections with a track record of meeting recovery targets.
•Ability to lead and mentor external collection agents, conducting 1:1s and training.
•Develop and implement effective collection strategies across different account segments.
•Monitor performance metrics such as collection efficiency and bucket resolution and take corrective actions.
•Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal/regulatory standards, and audit requirements.
