Job Summary

Own the technical design and delivery of Workday integrations, working with business and technical teams (especially People) as well as partners and vendors. Define stakeholder requirements, analyze and build end-to-end solutions through the development lifecycle, and validate designs via impact assessment and proof of concept. Provide domain technical authority, guide analysts/architects/designers, and influence software architecture and infrastructure solution design.

•Impact assess, validate, and review technical solutions, designs, and proofs of concept to ensure end-to-end fit for purpose.
•Resolve IT-related domain issues impacting operational services or development, and provide input to infrastructure solution design as required.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of professional experience with Workday technology in live/production environments.
•Proven experience delivering complex Workday development for large multinational organizations, ideally in HR or Finance.
•Strong experience supporting and building Workday integrations using tools such as Workday Orchestration, Studio, EIB, Cloud Connect, and APIs.
•Experience with Workday Prism development and Workday technical configuration, including Workday HR modules.
•Workday Pro certification or Workday partner certifications are preferred, with logical problem-solving and strong communication skills.
