Key Responsibilities

•Teach core skills in mergers & acquisitions, due diligence, and business valuation.
•Help clients build strong financial analysis and strategic planning abilities.
•Guide clients on market research, competitive analysis, and negotiation skills to support deal-making and growth strategy.
•Provide career coaching including resume and LinkedIn review, cover letter guidance, interview prep, networking strategy, and salary negotiation.
•Deliver virtual coaching sessions and partner with the team to provide a high-quality, supportive experience.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience in corporate development, investment banking, or strategy as a corporate development professional, banker, or industry professional.
•A strong track record of evaluating and executing deals.
•A clear, structured approach to coaching clients through both technical and career growth.
•Ability to guide clients in mergers & acquisitions, due diligence, and business valuation.
•Experience supporting market research, competitive analysis, and negotiation skills for deal-making and growth strategy.
