Key Responsibilities

  • •Teach core skills in mergers & acquisitions, due diligence, and business valuation.
  • •Help clients build strong financial analysis and strategic planning abilities.
  • •Guide clients on market research, competitive analysis, and negotiation skills to support deal-making and growth strategy.
  • •Provide career coaching including resume and LinkedIn review, cover letter guidance, interview prep, networking strategy, and salary negotiation.
  • •Deliver virtual coaching sessions and partner with the team to provide a high-quality, supportive experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience in corporate development, investment banking, or strategy as a corporate development professional, banker, or industry professional.
  • •A strong track record of evaluating and executing deals.
  • •A clear, structured approach to coaching clients through both technical and career growth.
  • •Ability to guide clients in mergers & acquisitions, due diligence, and business valuation.
  • •Experience supporting market research, competitive analysis, and negotiation skills for deal-making and growth strategy.
