Key Responsibilities

  • •Cultivate and manage deep, long-term UHNW client relationships as a trusted advisor for complex financial needs.
  • •Develop referrals and leads from internal and external sources, including centers of influence.
  • •Partner with experts to develop and implement customized wealth management strategies aligned to client short-, medium-, and long-term goals.
  • •Orchestrate specialists to provide holistic services across wealth structuring, credit facilities, banking, asset management, budgeting, insurance, charitable giving, wealth transfer, and tax services.
  • •Contribute to organic growth by expanding existing relationships and sourcing new ones, including closing deals and ensuring smooth delivery of new services.

Key Requirements

  • •7-10 years of industry experience with significant relationship management, portfolio management and/or sales experience with UHNW clients.
  • •Extensive specialized knowledge of wealth management, including investment, tax planning, estate planning, and family governance.
  • •A degree or equivalent in a relevant field (Business Administration, Finance, Economics); MBA or post-graduate degree preferred.
  • •Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for different audiences.
  • •Preferred credentials/certifications including CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, CFM (Series 7 and 63 mentioned).
