Visual Lead - PC Hoofstraat

Own visual merchandising execution to help drive store sales and maximize profitability. Partner with the Visual and Operations Managers to plan and deliver floor changes, maintain product presentation, and execute operational routines such as receiving, processing, replenishment, and supply management. Lead and coach associates through day-to-day standards, recruitment and development, and performance feedback. Use reporting and metrics to identify opportunities across product placement, outfitting, and stock levels while meeting budgets and timelines.
