Key Responsibilities

  • •Achieve store sales targets and maximize profitability through visual merchandising in partnership with the Visual Manager and Operations team.
  • •Manage execution of operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, and supply management.
  • •Maintain strategic product presentation by driving product recovery, restock/destock, and visual merchandising changes per direction.
  • •Plan and execute visual direction from planning through execution to meet company expectations, budgets, and timelines.
  • •Lead the team by inspiring associates, coaching and providing guidance, supporting recruitment and development, and using performance tools to give feedback.
