Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical authority for complex projects and programs by assessing completeness, compatibility, compliance, and technical risk.
  • •Act as product-line subject matter expert on complex assignments across the division and group.
  • •Establish and reinforce engineering expectations, best practices, and performance measures aligned with organizational objectives.
  • •Review product designs, technical deliverables, and verification activities against customer requirements, performance expectations, quality objectives, and cost targets.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of ten (10) years combined new product development and sustainment engineering experience.
  • •Minimum of five (5) years aerospace experience.
  • •This position requires access to export-controlled information; applicant must be a U.S. person.
  • •Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Jackson, MI will be considered (Active-Duty Military Service members are exempt).
