Key Responsibilities

•Originate residential 1st mortgage loans from application through closing for branch offices and outside referrals.
•Lead internal and external sales and partnership meetings and assist CRA MLO colleagues with general loan support and business development.
•Develop and maintain CRA prospect and referral contacts (e.g., realtors, builders, and professional/personal contacts).
•Conduct and coordinate homebuyer-training seminars for CRA potential applicants.
•Manage loan pipelines through closing, complete required management reports, and provide timely updates to applicants and referral sources.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent (four-year college degree preferred).
•Knowledge of conventional and/or government lending guidelines.
•Knowledge of residential mortgage processing, underwriting, and closing procedures.
