•Develop and implement manufacturing processes, requirements, and technologies for high-volume production.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and requirements.
•Optimize and sustain manufacturing processes across the product lifecycle to improve efficiency and performance.
•Partner with manufacturing sites to transfer processes and resolve manufacturing-related challenges.
•Analyze manufacturing metrics and data to identify improvements and drive factory performance enhancements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,393 - 170,630 annually

Key Requirements

•PhD degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Science, or other STEM-related degree.
•Develop and implement manufacturing processes, requirements, and technologies to support high-volume production.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product engineers, design teams, manufacturing operations) to align strategies and requirements.
•Optimize and sustain manufacturing processes throughout the product lifecycle to improve efficiency and performance.
•Lead engineering projects, including defining requirements, managing timelines, and conducting post-implementation reviews.

Education:PhD / Doctorate in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Science, or other STEM-related degree
