•Follow up and ensure timely preparation and receipt of loan, security and other documentation in line with the credit approvals and facilitate activation of facilities.
•Participate in ad hoc projects relating to improving operation processes and customer experience.

•Diploma holder or graduate with strong desire to serve customers.
•Working knowledge in commercial banking products and banking operations.
•Excellent interpersonal, communication, telephone and customer servicing skills.
•Able to interact effectively with people at all levels and be a team player.
