Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide manufacturing expertise and direction for an assigned area to meet High 5 objectives across safety, quality, delivery, cost, lean, and efficiency.
  • •Maintain Tier 1 boards and scheduling tools, lead Tier 1 meetings, and train team members to run them effectively.
  • •Collaborate with Production Line Control and line leads to flex labor within the area and across production lines.
  • •Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, and PLC to identify and resolve production interrupters, including resolving drawing issues and discrepancies.
  • •Support quality and rework activities: perform required quality checks, complete 5-Why analyses, document rework time in the NCR system, and lead major rework projects.
