Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a global edge delivery and operations team across China, APAC, EMEA, and AMS, including creating the team’s strategic roadmap and guiding team members.
  • •Own the build, operation, and maintenance of global edge PoPs (CDN, backbone, IDC) and continuously optimize delivery and operational SLAs.
  • •Improve network and server operations engineering capabilities, build automation capabilities, and increase team productivity and efficiency.
  • •Optimize operational processes and design more efficient workflows through platform integration and automation solutions.
  • •Act as the key interface with business users, internal teams, and external vendors to align objectives and resolve cross-stakeholder issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, plus at least 5 years of CDN or IDC industry experience.
  • •Proven expertise in CDN or IDC site delivery processes and in-depth knowledge of co-location infrastructure (facilities management, site selection, day-to-day operations).
  • •Strong technical foundation in Linux OS, server hardware, and core networking (TCP/IP, routing, switching).
  • •Demonstrated leadership experience building, developing, or evolving a high-performing team.
