Key Responsibilities

  • •Review incoming mail/email, prioritize and summarize content, and process replies on own initiative or from Executives’ notes and directives.
  • •Compose, draft, proof, edit, and finalize correspondence, including emails and other documents.
  • •Manage and monitor Executives’ calendars, anticipate issues, and communicate changes promptly to involved parties.
  • •Plan logistics for domestic and international trips, create detailed itineraries/agendas, and prepare accurate expense reports.
  • •Schedule and coordinate meetings and Executive events, reserve space, ensure required equipment/materials, and coordinate hospitality services.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 65,000 - 120,000 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant and a college degree.
  • •Previous experience within asset management, private wealth management, or investment banking at a top-tier financial institution.
  • •Proven ability managing complex calendars supporting multiple senior executives simultaneously.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with ability to produce/edit spreadsheets and presentations.
  • •Strong written, editing, and verbal communication skills with discretion and excellent judgment handling confidential information.
