Governance Manager

Own governance and policy frameworks to ensure the organization’s decisions, documentation, and ways of working align with regulatory requirements and internal standards. Coordinate governance forums, manage an end-to-end policy lifecycle, and maintain governance records (charters, minutes, decisions, action logs). Map regulatory obligations (including SAMA), prepare evidence packs, drive remediation governance for observations, support committee secretariat, and produce management reporting.
