Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute build and rollout of the digital materials library (structure, uploads, organization)
  • •Implement, track, and enforce adherence to digital material standards (scanning, modeling, validation) and ensure asset quality across suppliers
  • •Coordinate T2 suppliers for digital material creation and certification, holding them accountable to standards, quality, and timelines while supporting calibration
  • •Manage timelines, milestones, deliverables, and project tracking/reporting cadence; track progress, risks, and dependencies and escalate issues
  • •Partner cross-functionally with Digital, Materials, Sourcing, and Product teams to align execution and support adoption/enablement, training, onboarding, and usage/performance metrics

Key Requirements

  • •5–7 years in PMO, sourcing, product creation, or operations
  • •Experience working with suppliers (T1/T2)
  • •Exposure to digital materials, 3D, or product creation tools (plus)
  • •Bachelor’s degree required
