Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare, cook, and present authentic Italian dishes according to resort standards and recipes
  • •Perform mise-en-place and ensure ingredients are ready before service
  • •Support senior chefs in daily operations of the assigned kitchen section
  • •Maintain consistency, quality, portion control, and inspect ingredients for freshness and quality
  • •Follow HACCP-aligned hygiene, food safety, and food storage/labeling/FIFO rotation; minimize waste and assist with cleaning, receiving, and stock monitoring

Key Requirements

  • •1–2 years of experience in a quality hotel, resort, or restaurant environment
  • •Experience in Italian cuisine (preferred)
  • •Strong knowledge of basic food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
  • •Good English communication skills; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage
  • •Motivated team player with good communication and interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude toward food quality, presentation, and hygiene
