Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement daily receiving and shipping operations in compliance with policies and procedures to support company operations.
  • •Collaborate with relevant parties and forwarders to manage shipping arrangements and delivery of materials.
  • •Inspect received goods and verify accuracy by comparing physical condition and contents against manifests, invoices, or orders.
  • •Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and packing lists for outgoing shipments.
  • •Promote a safe and green working environment, and drive continuous improvement using process automation and AI-assisted insights for issue detection and performance optimization.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold GCE ‘O’ level/SPM or Higher NITEC (ITC)/NITEC (NTC-2 or NITEC Intermediate)/Diploma in wafer fabrication, Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
  • •Preferred experience in warehouse, shipping, or receiving operations.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Strong attention to detail, goal orientation, and a growth mindset.
  • •Apply baseline digital fluency and AI literacy to use AI-enabled tools responsibly for research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving, and operational tasks.
