Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor – Data Center Construction

Lead cost management and quantity surveying for a major, multi-phase hyperscale data center construction program originating from the Dallas area. Serve as a key day-to-day client interface, building and updating budgets and forecasts, coordinating cost data across designers and contractors, and driving change management, procurement support, and cost-risk analysis. Provide executive-level monthly reporting and contribute to value engineering and cost optimization for mission-critical MEP infrastructure.
