Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions.
•Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.
•Customize and configure ServiceNow applications while maintaining platform integrity.
•Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers, and support pre-sales activities like solutioning, demos, and proposals.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
•Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.
•Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
•Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio.
